Finance Business Intelligence Analyst II – Scottsdale, AZ Location: 18700 N Hayden Rd, Suite 255, Scottsdale, AZ 85255 Role Type: Full‑time Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 per year + annual bonus. Compensation will be determined individually. Osaic is not considering remote candidates at this time. The office operates on a hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of 4 days per week in the office. Applicants must be located at an Osaic hub and be willing to work this schedule. Summary We are looking for a data‑driven, motivated individual to join the Finance Business Intelligence team. This central role drives critical reporting, strategic direction, and evaluation of firm‑wide performance, collaborating with almost every corporate function in our pre‑IPO firm. Education Requirements Bachelor’s degree preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent combined with significant practical experience will also be considered. Responsibilities Develop deep subject‑matter expertise across financial and wealth‑management domains. Participate in strategic initiatives and contribute ideas to generate actionable insights and automation. Partner with stakeholders to define problems, identify root causes, and deliver solutions. Design, develop, and code end‑to‑end analytical solutions. Uphold control standards to ensure accurate and timely results. Present analytical insights and recommendations to stakeholders. Basic Requirements Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and problem‑solving skills. Demonstrated intellectual curiosity for solving complex business problems. Proficiency with data analytics software and tools (e.g., Python, R) and data‑querying languages (e.g., SQL, Snowflake). Exceptional communication skills capable of conveying complex information in an understandable, compelling, and persuasive manner to business partners. Preferred Requirements Prior experience in financial services or a regulated industry. Hands‑on experience with Python, SQL, and Power BI. Working knowledge of data governance practices, including data quality and access controls.
