Project CoordinatorAn architecture and design firm in Dallas is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team.Your RoleAs a Project Coordinator, you will serve as a key operational partner to project teams, helping support the successful execution of architectural and design projects from proposal through project close-out. This role is responsible for maintaining organization across project communication, scheduling, documentation, deliverables, meetings, and coordination efforts while supporting Design Managers and project teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism, initiative, and strong collaboration skills. If you enjoy bringing structure to complexity and supporting high-performing teams, you will thrive in this role.What You Will DoAssist with project setup, organization, and maintenance of electronic project files and documentationAssist with preparing meeting notes, action item tracking, and follow-up communicationsHelp maintain project schedules, milestone tracking, and team calendarsCoordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling, agendas, room reservations, catering, technology setup, and meeting materialsAssist with compiling project status reports, staffing updates, and project trackersSupport management of project documentation, including contracts, proposals, submittals, RFIs, and reportsCoordinate QA/QC document stamping and final stampingCoordinate consultant communications and assist with information distributionIdentify opportunities to improve workflows, organization, and communication processesSupport implementation of project standards and operational best practicesCollaborate positively across studios, disciplines, and support teamsMaintain professionalism, responsiveness, and strong attention to detail in all interactionsYour QualificationsBachelor's degree preferred5+ years of coordination, project support, administrative, or operations experience, preferably in architecture, engineering, construction, design, or professional servicesStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh level of professionalism, discretion, and client service orientationProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and TeamsStrong professional judgement and ability to solve problems effectivelyHighly organized and strong attention to detailHigh level of professionalism, diplomacy, and strong sense of urgencyExcellent verbal and written business communication skillsLegal and contract review experience is a plus, but not required
