Accounts Receivable Clerk

Accounts Receivable Clerk O'Fallon, MO (Onsite) 3+Month Contract Temp-to-Hire position in O'Fallon, Missouri (20 Commerce Drive). This is a 100% onsite role responsible for monitoring and managing delinquent customer accounts, processing payments, and providing administrative and customer service support. Responsibilities Monitor and manage delinquent customer accounts, including tracking past-due balances. Review and respond to delinquency-related emails. Process returned checks. Run daily reports to identify accounts requiring blocking or release based on payment status. Report delinquent accounts to the state when necessary. Assist with daily deposit processing and payment posting. Monitor the customer pickup queue to ensure timely service. Provide reception desk coverage during scheduled breaks and absences. Maintain strong attention to detail and organizational standards. Manage multiple priorities while maintaining excellent customer service. Follow company policies and procedures. Requirements Excel knowledge required. SAP experience preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities.
