Day Shift: 13 RNs, 1 Charge Nurse, 1 Patient Care Tech Night Shift: 13 RNs, 1 Charge Nurse, 1 Patient Care Tech Patient Ratios: 1:2 Essential Skills and Qualifications Must Have: Minimum of 1 year of current acute care hospital ICU experience BLS, ACLS & NIH certification Preferred: Prior experience with Meditech EMR Experience traveling to larger ICU units Typical Procedures Performed Heart catheterizations Balloon pumps Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT) Hypothermia treatments Cardioversion Central line placements Medication drips management Ideal Candidate Attributes The best candidates will be driven, organized, and efficient with a positive attitude and a high level of engagement.
