Loan Documentation Specialist

First National Bank of America is seeking a thorough and consistent Loan Disclosure Specialist. This role is responsible for ensuring accuracy in disclosing fees associated with a mortgage loan to the borrower. A successful Loan Disclosure Specialist will have excellent attention to detail and will be able to adhere to established guidelines. Responsibilities Accurately disclose loan fees to the borrower Work with team members to resolve technical loan issues Provide great service for internal staff and bank customers Develop and maintain knowledge of TRID guidelines Work independently while collaborating with a team Qualifications High attention to detail Proven ability to prepare documents accurately Effective communication with internal employees Must be able to read, examine, and organize documents The ability to multitask and focus in a busy office environment is essential Employee Benefits Medical – Multiple plans to choose from including HSA and traditional.
