High school diploma or GED plus (3) years progressive shipping, receiving or warehouse experience including one year in a lead or supervisory capacity. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Must meet all knowledge, skills and abilities. Must be twenty-one (21) years of age with no felony or theft convictions. Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license. Knowledge of shipping and receiving operations, including best practices and inventory control. Knowledge of basic accounting principles, mathematics, and recordkeeping procedures. Knowledge of occupational hazards and applicable safety precautions. Skill in supervising, training, and evaluating assigned staff. Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with individuals from diverse social and cultural backgrounds. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality in all matters.
