SIOP Manager

SIOP Manager Brooks Automation is seeking a Manager of SIOP (Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning) to accelerate its growth journey. This position is based out of our Chelmsford, MA office and reports to the Senior Director Supply Chain Analytics. The SIOP manager will manage demand management and SIOP processes for Brooks’ systems manufacturing businesses, partnering with Sales, Finance, Service, Product Management and Operations to develop and implement optimal sales and operations processes. Key Responsibilities Design and implement improved SIOP business processes and toolset. Facilitate a consensus sales forecast. Collaborate with BU Leaders, Operations and planners to agree on the master plan and backlog recovery actions. Qualifications Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Supply Chain or related discipline. Minimum of 4 years of experience working in supply chain, demand planning, financial planning or inventory planning. Advanced MS Excel skills; Tableau preferred. Experience in the semiconductor industry is desired. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Result driven with the ability to work independently and complete tasks with minimal supervision. Ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities simultaneously. Compensation Base Salary Range: $94,280.13 USD to $127,555.47 USD. The range may be adjusted based on geography, skills, education, experience and other qualifications. The position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
