Supervisor

Job Title Supervisor Responsibilities The Supervisor reports to the Senior Operation Manager and is responsible for the following activities under the direction and guidance of the Account Manager or Account Director: Overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of employees within the shift and assigned buildings. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Company’s policies and applicable State and Federal laws. Assist in managing the overall activities of projects and supervise the project crew. Coordinate services activities for assigned buildings and ensure that services are performed as contracted and meet the customer specifications. Maintain and monitor work schedules of all shift personnel, including the preparation and submission of weekly payroll time sheets. Establish and maintain work performance standards. Conduct quality assurance checks, manage materials inventory, and oversee general use of equipment, including key controls. Perform snow removal services. Resolve on‑site service delivery problems. Participate in ongoing management and technical skills development training programs, including safety and safety site committee. Conduct orientation of new employees and develop employees’ skills/abilities. Set up conference rooms and assist with internal moves as needed. Maintain effective ongoing customer relations. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications One to three years of supervisory experience and up-to-date knowledge of cleaning practices and procedures. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels. Requirements Fluent in English and Spanish. Motivated individual and proactive. Background check required. 1–3 years of supervisory experience. Compliance with COVID‑related protocols, including documentation of full vaccination or regular COVID testing as required by CDC or public health mandates. Compensation The compensation for this position is $15.30 – $18.00 per hour and will depend on factors such as collective bargaining agreements, geographic location, market pay rates, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications. The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
