Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and direct calls or messages to the appropriate department
- Assist customers with questions, concerns, and product availability
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Respond to incoming customer emails in a timely manner
- Conduct daily outbound follow-up calls and emails with customers
- Check inventory availability and product pricing
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services
- Coordinate with store representatives and internal teams as needed
- Receive and process sales invoices
- Enter invoice details into customer transaction spreadsheets and reports
- Ability to calculate discounts, commissions, percentages, proportions, and measurements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- English required; Spanish is a plus
- Previous customer service or clerical experience preferred
