Our San Lorenzo facilities are currently looking to add a talented Accounting Assistant to our team.
Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Assistant to join our Accounting Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and full-cycle accounting. This is a full-time role that offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment with meaningful impact from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of accounting records and financial statements.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
- Help manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate financial data.
- Maintain compliance with internal accounting policies and external regulations.
- Contribute to audits and other financial reviews as required.
- Handle administrative tasks related to the accounting function.
Requirements:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Bachillerato en Contabilidad).
- Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience .
- Solid understanding of the full accounting cycle .
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
- Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Full-time availability.
