Senior Business Analyst - Medicaid

Supporting business, policy, and technical execution in the Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS) environment, the full-time remote Senior Business Analyst - Provider+ will serve as a domain subject matter expert, translating Medicaid policy into system requirements and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation. Key responsibilities Act as the primary domain subject matter expert, advising on business processes and ensuring alignment with CMS guidance and state policy Lead requirements and design sessions, translating Medicaid policies into system configuration and design artifacts Support operational readiness and deployment activities, including testing, documentation, and client engagement Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Health Informatics, or a related field 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience with healthcare system implementations, particularly MMIS and Medicaid Pharmacy platforms Strong knowledge of state and federal Medicaid policy, regulations, and program rules Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and validation Experience in SDLC and Agile delivery environments
