Buyer Planner

The Buyer Planner will manage purchasing, inventory planning, and supplier relationships across a global supply network. This role is responsible for ensuring the timely procurement of raw materials and finished goods while supporting cost, quality, and delivery objectives.Check out the role overview below If you are confident you have got the right skills and experience, apply today.Key ResponsibilitiesManage procurement and supply planning with domestic and international suppliers.Create and maintain purchase orders, monitor supplier performance, and ensure on-time delivery.Plan inventory levels based on demand forecasts, lead times, and replenishment requirements.Track shipments, resolve supply issues, and communicate updates to internal stakeholders.Support supplier negotiations, contract management, and cost-saving initiatives.Coordinate with Operations, Sales, Engineering, Logistics, and Customer Service teams.Maintain inventory controls and support quality, compliance, and documentation requirements.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Finance, or related field.3+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, purchasing, or supply chain planning.Experience working with international suppliers and import logistics preferred.Strong inventory management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.ERP experience requiredExcellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.Salary Range: $80,000-$90,000Benefits:Health, dental, and vision, life, short/long term disability insurance401(k) offeringPaid time off and holidays (80 hours PTO)Paid sick leave where applicable by state law.LHH is a leader in permanent recruitment—and in the placement of top talent.
