Job Description
Technical Service Engineer will perform new system installations/start -ups, operator training, on-site troubleshooting/preventive maintenance services, and remote technical support. This role will provide direct customer support, effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously, work independently, and develop strong working relationships with customers.
Scope of work will include mechanical systems, software, high-tech sensors (X-ray, laser, infrared, microwave), and data communication with PLCs and plant historians.
The position requires travel across the United States and Canada, with approximately 60–70% of time spent outside of the office.
