Medical Scheduler

LHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for multiple customer service-oriented individuals for a contract-to-hire Patient Scheduling role with a widely successful healthcare network located in the Indianapolis, IN area! What You'll Be Doing

Handle a high volume of inbound calls daily to schedule appointments, procedures, and diagnostic tests for patients.
Make outbound phone calls to referrals to set up new patient accounts for appointments.
Answer patient questions regarding the process for scheduled appointments and procedures.
Communicate effectively with patients to ensure their understanding of appointment details and directions.
Provide exceptional customer service via phone at all times.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of recent call center experience required.
Ability to multitask and use multiple screens required.
Ability to showcase and provide excellent customer service required.

Work Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM M-F Job Type: Contract-to-hire & 40 hrs/wk

Pay Details: $16.00 per hour
