The Roads Home Health Care is seeking experienced sales professionals to fill the role of Account Executive to help grow our referral base in the Indian River County area. The candidate will be a confident and skilled speaker, listener, and be able to build and create new relationships. You will be responsible for generating referrals for home health care by building relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, independent and assisted living facilities, and other community resources. Overview Responsibilities Generate referrals for home health care by building relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, independent and assisted living facilities, and other community resources. Develop and grow referral networks within Indian River County. Build and maintain relationships with key referral sources to meet referral goals. Qualifications 1-2 years minimum experience in the Healthcare Sales The ideal candidate will have established healthcare contacts and be able to readily network in the community. Prior sales/marketing experience is a plus but will train the right individual Formal sales training Confident and a skilled speaker and listener.
