Job Full Description

We are currently looking for a qualified Admin Assistant for a company located in Hardeeville, SC.

Pay: $21.00/hr.

Schedule: M-F 8am-4pm

Job Responsibilities:

Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service
Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars
Prepare, file, and organize documents and office records
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
Respond to emails and distribute correspondence
Assist with reports, spreadsheets, and other administrative tasks
Order and maintain office supplies
Support management with daily office operations and special projects
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient office environment

Qualifications:

Previous administrative, office, or customer service experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience answering multi-line phone systems and greeting visitors preferred
Experience with scheduling, filing, and office equipment (copiers, scanners, printers)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
