Procurement Admin Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Administrative professional to support complex procurement management, financial reporting, and policy implementation.
Location: Nashville, TN
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Requirement: Must be a Tennessee state resident prior to start date.
What You'll Do (The Crux):

Provide high-level administrative support to executive leadership and procurement operations.

Create operational & financial reports and manage budget balancing/reconciliation.
-
Research fiscal, legal, and legislative data to assist with policy development.
-
Serve as an agency liaison to high-ranking officials.
Key Skills & Software Required (4+ Years Experience):

Procurement Experience: Understanding of service procurement processes.
-
Financial Admin: Balancing, reconciling, and working with numerical data.
-
Software: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Adobe Acrobat.
-
Office Operations: Scheduling, correspondence, data entry, proofreading & editing.
-
Soft Skills: Complex problem solving, conflict resolution & executive communication.
Education & Requirements:
-
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
-
5+ years of full-time, increasingly responsible administrative experience.
