A busy apartment community in the Ruskin area is hiring a full-time Make Ready Technician — no certification required, immediate interviews. Great fit for a reliable, handy worker who takes pride in turning units fast and clean. Community details shared during the interview.

What you'll do:

Paint, patch, clean, and punch-out vacant units
Replace fixtures, appliances, and hardware as needed
Support the maintenance team during high-turn periods

What we're looking for:

Apartment turn / make-ready or general handyman experience
No EPA certification required; punctual and detail-oriented
Reliable transportation
