Logistics And Property Accountability Policy Developer Develops, implements and evaluates the logistics and property accountability policies for the organization. Responsible for the property book operations of the organization in the areas of inventory management, storage management, equipment coordination and supply management. Maintains property book accountability utilizing an automated system and/or related computer programs to account for property. Ensures compliance with the command supply discipline program (CSDP), and other directed command inspection programs. Coordinates with the USPFO, state level Joint Force Headquarters (JFHQ) and subordinate units of the organization on the lateral transfer and/or turn in of excess property. Establishes quality procedures and oversees the edit of all source documentation. Provides guidance and funds management for all decentralized logistics funds. May be required to represent the National Guard and the unit Commander in the community. Supervises subordinates performing supply work. Provides technical guidance and assistance to all organizational logistic individuals pertaining to the accountability of all property assigned to the organization. Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements Membership in the Colorado Army National Guard. Selectee will be required to wear the military uniform. Must hold the grade of E-4 thru E-8. Submit all required documentation. Participation in direct deposit is mandatory. Must be able to obtain and maintain the appropriate security clearance of the position. Qualifications Military Grades: E-4 thru E-8 Specialized experience will be used to determine qualifications for the announced position. Must have at least 12 months of experience in each of the following: Experience involving knowledge of organizations and their functions in logistical support. Experience integrating actions of a variety of specialized support activities in order to meet program goals. Experience working with people from various levels and backgrounds to elicit their cooperation to perform specific tasks and comply with regulations, laws, or practices. Experience which involved detailed knowledge of organizations and their functions in logistical support (i.e., supply, maintenance, quality assurance, facilities). Experience planning and organizing work assignments.
