Marketing Performance Analyst

Trillium Professional is now seeking a Marketing Performance Analyst in Boston, MA for a contract opportunity!

Seeking an experienced Marketing Performance Analyst for a 6-month, fully remote contract supporting a Marketing & Communications team. This is a hands-on role focused on digital marketing analytics, website performance, SEO, campaign tracking, and Tableau reporting. The ideal candidate is a self-directed analytics professional who can manage ongoing workflows independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce quarterly marketing performance reports and executive summaries.
• Build and maintain Tableau dashboards and reporting web pages.
• Monitor website performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Configure event tracking and UTM parameters to ensure accurate campaign measurement.
• Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis to support marketing and content decisions.
• Develop dashboards and patient journey visualizations.
• Manage campaign tracking standards across multiple channels.
• Improve SEO through keyword research, technical optimization, and schema enhancements.
• Support AI search optimization (Google AI Overviews, etc.).
• Maintain local SEO listings, location data, and reputation management.

Pay rate is $57.29/hour.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of experience in web analytics, digital marketing reporting, and SEO.
• 1–2 years of experience with AI search optimization (AEO/GEO) or optimizing content for AI-driven search experiences.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Piwik, SEMrush, Excel, and UTM campaign tracking.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Experience with Yext or similar location management platforms.
• Agency experience.
• Healthcare or other regulated industry experience.
