Key Responsibilities Support marketing planning and execution across multiple business initiatives and regions. Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs, identify opportunities, and develop strategic recommendations. Coordinate with stakeholders across domestic and international markets. Leverage data, insights, and market trends to inform planning decisions and optimize outcomes. Manage multiple priorities while driving projects forward with minimal supervision. Prepare presentations, reports, and business recommendations for leadership review. Must-Have Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Business, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in marketing planning, strategy, business analysis, performance marketing, digital media planning, or direct-to-consumer/recurring revenue models. Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, financial modeling, and forecasting skills. Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI), advanced Excel, and common office productivity suites. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to distill complex data for executive audiences. Strong project management skills; able to manage shifting priorities and deliver high-quality work quickly. Experience with campaign management and optimization across major media platforms. Ability to work effectively across geographically dispersed teams and collaborate with international teams across various time zones. Comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving environment. Nice-to-Have Qualifications Experience supporting global business functions. Proficiency in analytical programming languages (e.g., SQL, R).
