MW Talent is partnering with a prestigious personal injury law firm to hire an experienced Litigation Paralegal .
This position is 4 days in the office and 1 day remote each week (in-person required).

This position is 4 days in the office and 1 day remote each week (in-person required).
Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years of litigation experience in a Personal Injury law firm.
- Expert understanding of civil litigation timelines, deadlines, and filing procedures.
- E-filing experience across multiple court platforms.
- Draft deposition notices, discovery requests and responses, and complaints/lawsuits.
- Communicate with clients to draft discovery responses and standard objections, and collect and verify medical treatment information.
- Schedule depositions, trial preparation meetings, court reporters, and witness meetings.
- Manage attorney calendars and ensure all litigation deadlines are met.
- Coordinate with treating physicians, opposing counsel, and internal team members as needed.
