Front Office Representative

Front Office Representative Choice Hotels International, Inc. (NYSE:CHH) seeks a Front Office Representative to provide superior guest service in a fast‑paced hotel environment, ensuring 100% guest satisfaction. Shift : Full‑time, 30–40 hours per week. Must be available nights and weekends. Ensuring timely and impeccable prioritization and organization of your workspace and general lobby spaces. Presenting a positive attitude and polished appearance to guests and team members. Communicating effectively with all guests, staff and vendors. Transport guest to/from airport. Requirements Minimum of one year of hotel front desk experience, other hotel experience or experience in a customer service environment. Experience in Opera system preferred. Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills. Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to successfully pass a driving record check. Ability to safely operate company vehicles for transporting guests to and from the airport or as needed. Works well independently or as part of a team. Strong attention to detail. Commitment to exceptional guest service. Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude when handling all situations. Adhere to the policies and procedures of the hotel. Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays and weekends. Working knowledge of computer and math skills. Physical Demands Required to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods of time. Lift, carry, or otherwise move and exert up to 75 lbs.
