This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient health while enjoying an exceptional outdoor lifestyle and work-life balance.Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate and manage patients presenting with a wide range of sleep disordersReview sleep studies with physician support in an AASM-accredited sleep facility offering both in-lab and home sleep monitoring servicesInitiate and manage PAP therapy for appropriate patientsProvide patient and family education on sleep hygiene and treatment adherenceMaintain accurate documentation using EPIC electronic health recordsQualificationsCurrent NP or PA licensure (required)Board certification or board eligibility (required)Experience in sleep medicine or neurology (preferred)1-2 years of experience as a NP/PA with experience in Neurology preferredComfort with and interest in practicing in a rural community settingCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary ($147K+)Quality incentives up to $15K$20K commencement bonus$8,000 annual CME allowance, including licensing, dues, subscriptions, and paid CME timeStudent loan repaymentFull benefits package including 401K with employer matchPaid malpractice / professional liability coverageRelocation supportNo after-hours call requirementsPTO
