VISTA Staffing is seeking an innovative, reliable, and flexible psychiatrist who enjoys working with a supportive and caring group of healthcare professionals and desires a work life balance with schedule flexibility in Eastern Oregon.

Details for this opportunity:

• Integrated outpatient behavioral health primary care clinic
• Four 10-hour days per week
• Average 12-16 patients per day
• 1:1 clinical support staff
• Team shared phone call for established patients only
• Fulltime, permanent
• EPIC EMR
• Very competitive total compensation opportunity (385k+) with RVU production bonus opportunity - quality incentives up to $30,000 annually
• Commencement bonus of $30,000, $8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription + paid CME time, student loan assistance
