Director of Leadership Development

Leading the development and implementation of field leadership capabilities, the full-time Director of Leadership Development will design and facilitate training programs for field sales leaders, collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance leadership skills and performance in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Design and implement comprehensive field leadership development programs to enhance professional capabilities and performance Consult with business unit leaders to identify leadership development needs and provide tailored solutions Leverage adult learning principles to evolve training experiences for current and future field leaders Required qualifications 10+ years of experience in training and leadership development or related fields Expertise in functional technical skills required for field leaders, including business acumen and strategic planning Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or relevant continued education preferred Proven experience in leading teams as a first or second line manager Demonstrated ability to develop and implement leadership capability development programs
