Insurance Producer

Our independent insurance agency in Massachusetts is seeking a dedicated Personal Lines Account Manager. This role is designed for a professional who is committed to honesty and efficiency, reflecting our agency's 30-year legacy of trust and growth within the community. This position demands a proactive individual ready to provide exceptional service to our valued clients. Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of personal lines customer service, focusing on existing policies and new business opportunities. Conduct thorough coverage analysis and assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, and claims services. Engage in customer outreach to provide proactive service and strengthen client relationships. Identify opportunities for account rounding and cross-selling on existing accounts. Upon obtaining the necessary licenses, quote and bind new business policies. Other duties as assigned. Requirements: Obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license within six months of employment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with management systems. Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for helping others. High School Diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Work authorization needed if not a citizen. Competitive base salary with additional commission once licensed.
