Litigation Associate

A nationally recognized litigation firm with offices across the country, is seeking attorneys with 3+ years of litigation experience to join its growing California team. The firm's Los Angeles continues to experience significant growth across its Asbestos/Talc Litigation and Silica/General Liability Litigation practice groups.

This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys seeking meaningful litigation responsibilities, hands-on trial experience, direct partner interaction, and a flexible hybrid work environment (2 days in office). Responsibilites

Manage all phases of litigation Take and defend depositions Draft and argue motions Conduct legal research and case analysis Prepare written discovery and discovery responses Communicate directly with clients and partners Participate in hearings, mediations, and trial preparation Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups Qualifications Active California Bar License 3+ years of defense litigation experience Products liability, toxic tort, and/or general liability experinece preferred but no required Motion drafting experience required Dispositive motion experience preferred Strong legal writing and analytical skils Excellent vergal communication skills All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
