This role ensures compliance with federal bankruptcy laws, investor guidelines, and internal servicing policies while supporting borrowers, investors, attorneys, and courts through the lifecycle from filing to discharge or dismissal. Responsibilities include monitoring Chapter 7, 11, 12, and 13 cases, preparing Proofs of Claim, #J-18808-Ljbffr Zippy
