For students, for future generations, for the future of education.What You'll ContributeThe Senior Associate, Product Development will play a key part in the product development process, supporting the successful execution of projects from concept to launch for Customer Communications.What You'll DoAssist in managing the product development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and launch, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to translate product requirements into actionable tasks and project plans.Support the execution of product development projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules, milestones, and quality standards.Contribute to the creation and maintenance of product documentation, including specifications, design documents, and user manuals.Assist in coordinating and facilitating product testing, gathering feedback, and identifying areas for improvement or refinement.Assist in monitoring and tracking project progress, identifying and escalating risks or delays as necessary.The above information is intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by employees assigned to this job; it is not designed to contain or be interpreted as a comprehensive inventory of all duties, responsibilities and qualifications required of employees in this role.What you haveStrong organizational skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various levels.Detail-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality work and ensuring accuracy in documentation and project execution.Proficient in project management methodologies and tools, with the ability to contribute to project planning, tracking, and reporting.Analytical and problem-solving skills,Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as engineering, computer science, business administration or related discipline.Preferred:3+ years of experience in product development or a related field, demonstrating a solid understanding of the product development lifecycle.Salesforce Marketing Cloud experienceExperience with Visio, Figma, and Microsoft Office tools.The Americans with Disabilities ActThe Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA) prohibits discrimination by employers, in compensation and employment opportunities, against qualified individuals with disabilities who, with or without reasonable accommodation, can perform the “essential functions” of a job.
