Qualifications Passionate about human development, biology, math, physics, or tutoring Highly motivated and trainable/teachable Strong reading and spelling skills Strong cognitive skills Smart and eager to make a positive impact in people’s lives A minimum of a bachelor’s degree Responsibilities Work one‑on‑one with students of all ages in a fun, upbeat, and interactive manner. Create an atmosphere of support and excitement, challenging and motivating students. Implement personalized cognitive training plans tailored to each client’s needs. Deliver engaging and effective sessions using a variety of techniques and tools. Monitor and document clients’ progress and provide feedback. Maintain accurate records of client sessions and progress reports. Celebrate achievements with students and families. Document student growth and success. Benefits Flexible scheduling – available at least two weekdays between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. and on Saturdays or Sundays. Opportunity for advancement. Paid training.
