Project Manager Tech Pubs

Project Manager III develops and manages schedules for technical documentation and instructions for use (IFU) for medical devices. The role coordinates with technical writers, localization specialists, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of user documentation meeting regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop project schedules and timelines for technical documentation and localization deliverables
• Coordinate with technical writers, regulatory, engineering, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and manage scope
• Identify and communicate project risks, resource constraints, and content creation challenges to stakeholders
• Establish deadlines with external translation and print vendors; represent technical publications on project core teams
• Ensure adherence to Design Control processes and regulatory requirements for labeling and documentation

Requirements

• 1-4 years of project management experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience preferred
• Project Management Institute (PMI) PMP certification preferred
• Proficiency with MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar project scheduling software
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation abilities
• Experience with medical device environments in FDA and internationally regulated contexts highly preferred
• Change management software experience (Agile or equivalent) highly preferred
