Are you organized, dependable, and detail-oriented ? EmpowerHome Team is seeking a Mailroom Coordinator to support daily office operations and keep important materials organized and on schedule.

You'll manage incoming and outgoing mail, prepare buyer and listing folders , organize listing packages, maintain office supplies, and coordinate copier and equipment repairs.

$14 - $16 hourly

• Sort, organize, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
• Prepare buyer and listing folders and supporting documents
• Assemble and send listing packages and scheduled mailers
• Monitor and maintain office supplies, printer ink, and equipment
• Coordinate copier repairs, maintenance, and service requests
• Keep the mailroom and office organized and well-stocked
• Provide administrative and operational support to the real estate team
