Project Manager

Zielies Tree Service Inc., a leader in Vegetation Management Services, is currently seeking a Project Manager. Position Summary Travel will be required to neighboring states. The Project Manager will lead execution of utility vegetation management contracts by managing financial performance, schedules, client relationships, production forecasting, compliance, and leadership of General Foremen. Essential Responsibilities Manage budgets, forecasting, scheduling, and resource allocation. Lead General Foremen and operational planning. Serve as primary operational client contact. Manage contract compliance, risk, and continuous improvement. Coordinate utility operations and incident response. Demonstrated experience managing budgets, schedules, resources, and client expectations. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Ability to travel throughout the assigned service territory and respond to operational needs outside normal working hours when required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project, financial, GIS, and operational reporting systems. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in forestry, arboriculture, natural resources, business, construction management, or a related field. ISA Certified Arborist & ISA Utility Specialist credential. State pesticide applicator license. Experience managing multi-million-dollar utility vegetation management contracts. Demonstrated financial-management, forecasting, and continuous-improvement experience. Equivalent combinations of education, certifications, and relevant experience may be considered where appropriate. Physical & Work Environment Frequent travel; exposure to outdoor environments and varying weather conditions; ability to inspect work sites; occasional lifting consistent with field operations; compliance with all company PPE requirements. #J-18808-Ljbffr
