To create unforgettable travel experiences, the full-time remote Guest Experience Manager will manage the journey of Charity Trip Winners, coordinating travel details, providing concierge services, and ensuring personalized care throughout their adventures. Key responsibilities Email and phone outreach to Trip Winners to coordinate travel plans and gather feedback Manage travel itineraries, including flights, activities, and accommodations, while offering upgrades and add-ons Identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience and participate in problem-solving initiatives Required qualifications Experience in product development, design, or a similar role focused on consumer experiences Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus Proficiency in Google Workspace and familiarity with Hubspot are advantageous Strong time management and organizational skills are essential Customer service experience, particularly in hospitality, is preferred
