Our Scheduling Coordinators receive thorough training and one-on-one mentoring to set them up for success. In this role, you will be the face of the practice—greeting families, managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and ensuring smooth, efficient patient flow throughout the day.
