A few recent examples of client work include: Development of a comprehensive retail payments strategy for a major bank Open banking innovation for several financial institutions and consortiums M&A due diligence of leading payments companies Corporate strategy for several large payments networks; work spans Asia, EMEA and North America Global payments strategy for a leading digital retailer Partnership strategy development/review for multiple leading merchants Growth acceleration plan of an innovative merchant cash management product Formation of a joint venture to develop and launch a new, innovative mobile payments proposition Responsibilities Associates will break down complex problems into discrete tasks, identifying the key aspects of a problem and directing the focus of junior consultants to those elements. They will effectively plan and execute analysis, identify core issues in complex analyses, and craft suitable recommendations. Associates work side by side with clients and project team members to move projects forward and manage small teams to get the work done. Clients and colleagues look to Associates for unique insight into their chosen subject area. Engagement Managers are the on‑scene leaders who run projects day to day. They lead the team through an efficient and effective problem‑solving process from initial thought to solution convergence. They ensure recommendations are correct, practical, sensible, relevant and cohesive, demonstrating thought leadership at the strategic level and command of all technical and operational details of execution. Strong communication skills and the ability to forge strong relationships are required. Requirements Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required for U.S. office locations. Referral for any other work authorization is not available for this position. Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary range: $190,000 to $240,000, determined by experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and applicable minimum wage requirements.
• Position is eligible for performance‑based incentives and year‑end bonuses based on personal and corporate performance.
