Utilizing advanced electronic medical record (EMR) systems and telehealth tools, you will have the ability to connect with clients effectively and manage their care efficiently from the comfort of your own space, contributing to a modern and efficient healthcare delivery model.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed intake assessments to evaluate clients' treatment needs and establish appropriate therapeutic goals.

• Develop and implement individualized therapy strategies, applying a wide array of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Provide group, family, and individual therapy in various formats tailored to the unique dynamics of each client.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to share insights and strategies, ensuring every client receives holistic care.

• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and patient safety.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload capacity.
