Accounts Receivable Specialist

Responsibilities Kforce has a residential real estate client that is looking to hire an Accounts Receivable Specialist in the Boston, MA area. Perks: Established, family-owned company; Small, tight knit team that works great together Laid back culture, casual attire, flexible scheduling Great benefits including 3 weeks PTO, health/dental, 401k, etc. Responsibilities Include Accounts Receivable Specialist will manage the AR cycle Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances Reconcile accounts and resolve billing discrepancies Receive, scan, and deposit checks Create batches for check transactions Sort and process mail As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will handle deposits and collection payments Assist with month-end close and audit preparation Prepare reports and projections Requirements 3-20 years of experience in real estate receivables processing and AR collections, ideally with a residential property management company Proficiency in Yardi is a strong plus or another real estate industry software program (i.e., MRI) High attention to detail Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent organizational and time management skills The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
