Restorerz Emergency Services is looking for motivated In-Home Sales Closers to join our growing team. You’ll work with pre-qualified homeowners who have already expressed interest , giving you the opportunity to focus on what you do best: building relationships, presenting solutions, and closing business.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with homeowners during scheduled, pre-qualified in-home appointments.

• Build rapport and establish trust from the beginning of each consultation.

• Ask questions and actively listen to understand the homeowner’s needs and goals.

• Present personalized solutions based on the customer’s situation.

• Conduct professional product demonstrations and explain key benefits.

• Answer questions and address concerns or objections with confidence.

• Guide homeowners through the decision-making process without high-pressure tactics.

• Present proposals and pricing clearly and professionally.

• Negotiate and close sales agreements.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.

• Work with internal teams to help create a smooth customer experience.

• Consistently work toward and achieve individual sales goals.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for experienced sales professionals who are confident, professional, and motivated by results.

The ideal candidate has:

• Proven experience in a sales closing role .

• Experience in in-home, consultative, home improvement, construction, restoration, or a related industry is a plus.

• Strong communication and active listening skills.

• The ability to quickly build trust and establish rapport.

• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.

• Confidence handling customer questions and objections.

• A customer-first approach to sales.

• A professional and respectful demeanor when working in customers’ homes.

• Strong organization, follow-up, and time-management skills.

• A self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older .

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Valid driver's license required.

• Reliable transportation required.

• Comfortable traveling to scheduled customer appointments.

• Comfortable conducting sales consultations inside customers’ homes.

Compensation

Base Salary + Commission

Expected annual earnings: $120,000–$200,000

Your earning potential is directly influenced by your sales performance, giving experienced closers the opportunity to significantly increase their income.
