Inventory Supervisor

Overview We're hiring an Inventory Supervisor for our North Salt Lake, UT manufacturing facility — a Monday through Friday day shift role paying $24+ per hour depending on experience. If you have a strong background in manufacturing inventory control and experience leading a stockroom team, this is a stable, single-shift opportunity with direct impact on production and on-time delivery. What You'll Do Partner with the Purchasing Manager to align stock levels with incoming orders, flag material shortages early, and help optimize supplier lead times. Lead daily cycle counts, physical inventory audits, and root-cause analysis to resolve discrepancies and keep stock records accurate. Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of electronic components, connectors, and wire spools to support active production work orders. Maintain accurate Bills of Materials (BOM) tracking and material allocation within the Made2Manage (M2M) ERP system. Supervise, train, and evaluate single-shift stockroom personnel — setting daily priorities and driving a culture of continuous improvement. Organize stockroom layout to support efficient kitting and single-piece flow, keeping materials close to assembly workstations. Monitor and record obsolete or scrap materials to protect inventory accuracy and valuation. Enforce OSHA and company safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work environment. What You Bring Required 3-5 years of inventory control experience in a manufacturing or stockroom environment At least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role Hands-on experience with Made2Manage (M2M) or a comparable manufacturing ERP system Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking, reporting, and analysis Ability to work on your feet and lift materials up to 40-50 lbs Preferred Familiarity with electronic components, wire gauge sizes, or cable and wire harness assemblies Knowledge of IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards for cable and wire harness assemblies Associate\'s or Bachelor\'s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration Schedule & Shift Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Pay & Compensation $24.00+ per hour, depending on experience Your Employment Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
