Please call me at View phone number on click.appcast.io to discuss in detail.Our client is seeking a motivated Desktop Support Technician with at least one (1) year of relevant IT experience to support Rockville, Maryland office location.This IT position is responsible for maintaining, analyzing, troubleshooting, and repairing computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals.All applicants must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical staff members.This position will work under immediate supervision of the local branch management, regional IT staff as well as rely on established guidelines to perform functions of the job.A more detailed account of what might be expected of the applicant is listed below.
