Travel EP Lab Tech This role involves assisting with electrophysiology procedures such as studies, ablations, and device implantations in a clinical setting. Responsibilities performing patient assessments, preparing patients and equipment, monitoring cardiac responses, administering medications, and ensuring procedural safety and sterility. The technician supports physicians during complex cardiac interventions, manages patient recovery, and collaborates with the care team to develop treatment plans. Qualifications at least one year of recent EP lab experience, current BLS, ACLS, and ARRT, RCES, or RCIS certification. Preferred qualifications include radiologic technologist licensure and additional certifications like PALS or ENPC. Skills required critical thinking, communication, technical proficiency, physical stamina, and the ability to work under pressure. Key duties patient education, assisting with procedures, monitoring vital signs, troubleshooting equipment, and maintaining safety standards.
