Invoice Specialist: Billing & AR Support
Flexsteel Industries
FlexSteel Baytown is seeking a Billing Specialist to support invoicing, reconciliation, and month-end close. You will prepare invoices, maintain records, and input data into customer AP systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. The role requires 3-5 years billing experience, proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems, and strong communication. A high school diploma is required; an AAS is preferred.
