Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Annapolis, MD. The Project Manager will oversee construction projects from planning through completion, coordinating schedules, subcontractors, materials, and inspections to ensure work is performed safely, on time, and within budget. Daily responsibilities include developing and updating project plans, tracking progress, managing change orders, and maintaining accurate documentation. The role involves frequent communication with clients, vendors, inspectors, and internal teams to resolve issues, clarify scope, and align expectations. The Project Manager will also support site walks, quality checks, and punch-list completion, while promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Qualifications Strong project planning and execution abilities, including Project Management skills to oversee timelines, budgets, scope, and stakeholder communication. Experience coordinating materials, vendors, and schedules, leveraging Expediting and Expeditor skills to keep projects moving efficiently. Knowledge of logistics principles, with Logistics Management skills to manage deliveries, storage, and sequencing of work on active jobsites. Familiarity with building codes and quality standards, with Inspection experience to support site inspections, punch lists, and compliance reviews. Proficiency with construction management software, spreadsheets, and digital documentation tools. Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills. Proven ability to lead and collaborate with field teams, subcontractors, and trade partners in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred. Prior experience as a construction project manager, assistant project manager, superintendent, or similar role is highly beneficial.
