Property Manager

We're looking for an experienced and highly motivated Property Manager to oversee the operations and management of our residential/commercial property on Chicago's North Side. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of maintaining high occupancy rates and resident satisfaction. Compensation for this role is $30 to $35 per hour, based on experience, plus quarterly bonus potential. In this role you will: Manage day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring efficient and effective management. Maintain property occupancy and leasing goals. Supervise and lead property management staff, including leasing agents, and maintenance teams. Develop and implement property management policies and procedures to maximize operational efficiency. Oversee resident relations, including lease negotiations, renewals, and conflict resolution. Coordinate maintenance and repair activities to ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant with safety regulations. Prepare and manage property budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure financial goals are met. Conduct regular property inspections to maintain high standards of quality and safety. Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective services. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to property management. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of senior property management experience is required. Proven ability to lead and supervise a team. Strong knowledge of property management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets. Knowledge of Chicago local real estate laws, regulations, and market trends is highly desirable. #J-18808-Ljbffr TLC Management
