We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Physician Assistant (PA) to join a well-established private orthopedic practice with over 20 years of excellence in patient care. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with highly respected orthopedic surgeons in a collaborative environment focused on delivering exceptional outcomes for patients ranging from pediatrics to adults, including elite and professional athletes. The ideal candidate will have strong orthopedic experience and be comfortable managing patients in both clinical and surgical settings. Responsibilities include conducting patient evaluations, developing treatment plans, assisting in orthopedic surgeries, performing joint injections, and providing follow-up care for a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and injuries.

Key Responsibilities: • Evaluate, diagnose, and manage orthopedic patients in an outpatient clinical setting • Assist orthopedic surgeons during surgical procedures • Apply, adjust, and remove casts, splints, and braces • Perform joint and soft tissue injections as appropriate • Develop and implement treatment plans for orthopedic conditions and injuries • Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to ensure high-quality patient outcomes • Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, recovery expectations, and injury prevention • Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards

Required Qualifications : • Active Physician Assistant license in the State of Texas • Minimum of two (2) years of orthopedic experience • Hands-on experience with casting, splinting, bracing, cast removal, and joint injections • Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • Commitment to maintaining licensure and continuing medical education (CME) requirements

Position Details : • Full-Time, Permanent Position • Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM • No routine on-call responsibilities • Occasional Saturday coverage only in urgent situations • Locations: Dallas, TX and Frisco, TX • Salary: $157,000 - $170,000 annually, based on experience
