Orthopedic Spine Physician Assistant - Dallas, TX
An established private orthopedic spine practice in Dallas, Texas is seeking a Physician Assistant to join their growing team. This position offers an excellent work-life balance and the ability to work closely with a highly skilled orthopedic spine surgeon. The role includes opportunities to first-assist in the operating room, as well as independently see patients in the clinic. Please see position overview below.

Position Overview

• Practice Type : Solo physician-owned private practice specializing in minimally invasive spine surgery. Boutique style practice with surgeon emphasizing quality over large patient volumes.

• Compensation : Base salary range from $135,000 - $150,000. Additional annual productivity bonus up to $15,000 .

• Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:00am-4:00pm. Dedicated OR and clinic days. OR days often wrap up around 2:00pm.

• Surgical Cases : Emphasis on ACDFs. Additional surgical procedures include microdiscectomies, ALIF, PSF and revisions. Opportunity and training if needed on surgical wound exposure, pedicle screw placement and bone grafting.

• Benefits : PTO, CME, healthcare, 401k, vision and dental plans offered.

• Experience: Previous orthopedic spine surgery is a plus but not required.
