Leasing Specialist: Boost Occupancy & Guest Experience
Congressional Properties
Polinger Company in Rockville, MD is seeking a Leasing Specialist to manage the sales process from tour to lease signing. You will present our apartments compellingly, handle inquiries, and strive to meet occupancy goals while delivering great customer service. The role requires 1–2 years of leasing or a bachelor’s degree, strong communication, multitasking, and knowledge of housing regulations. You’ll work closely with the Property Manager, use lead management software, and participate in #J-18808-Ljbffr Congressional Properties
