Project Manager - Data Center

Project ManagerInsight Global is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support large-scale data center construction projects in Mount Pleasant, WI. These individuals will be responsible for managing all aspects of project delivery, including design coordination, construction execution, budget oversight, schedule management, contractor performance, safety compliance, quality assurance, and stakeholder communication.The Project Managers will serve as key points of contact throughout the project lifecycle and work closely with owners, consultants, architects, engineers, general contractors, and trade partners to ensure successful project execution. Responsibilities include coordinating day-to-day field activities, managing project schedules and budgets, facilitating project meetings, reviewing contracts and bid packages, overseeing site logistics, and ensuring all work is completed safely and in accordance with project requirements.Required Skills & Experience: 10+ years of construction project management experience on large-scale commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or data center projects.Experience working in an Owner's Representative, Construction Management, General Contractor, or similar project delivery environmentStrong understanding of construction means and methods, project execution, scheduling, budgeting, contractor management, and field operationsExperience managing scope, schedule, budget, contractor performance, and overall project deliveryStrong Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) construction experienceExperience overseeing design and construction activities from planning through project completionAbility to lead cross-functional teams including owners, consultants, architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractorsExperience reviewing trade contracts, bid packages, submittals, and construction documentationStrong knowledge of QA/QC processes, site inspections, safety programs, and construction best practicesExcellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skillsComfortable working onsite full-time in a fast-paced construction environmentNice to Have Skills & Experience: Data center or mission-critical facility construction experienceExperience supporting Microsoft, Google, Meta, AWS, Oracle, or other hyperscale data center projects
